"PROFINET Certified Engineer" Training
Overview
Softing developed this two-day seminar for companies that need to commission PROFINET systems.
The seminar includes an introduction to the basics of data transmission using Ethernet and to the PROFINET specification. A large part of the course is dedicated to practical exercises. An exam is held at the end of the seminar. Participants who pass the exam will receive a certificate.Content

Learning objectives
After the training class you will be able to configure and commission a PROFINET network and to identify and correct potential network faults. There will be a final skill examination at the end of the training class. Every participant that passes the final exam receives an official certificate from the PROFIBUS/PROFINET International Trade Organization (PI International). The content of the course and the final examination have been approved by PI International.
Target group
The training class is targeted to control engineers that supervise or perform network configuration and commissioning of PROFINET installations.
Requirements
Participants should be familiar with the basics of communication technology.

The price includes the training, instruction materials, refreshments during breaks and lunch.
On successfully passing the examination the participant receives a official certification document
provided by PI International.
