For 2007, Softing offers a substantially enlarged range of practice-oriented training courses. The redesigned program covers a multitude of topics in the field of automation technology.
In the courses, comprehensive theoretical and practical know-how is presented, acquired through the daily work of our teachers with these technologies. The selection of information to be presented depends on the participants' previous knowledge and objectives, which ensures an efficient presentation of the contents.
The workshops for OPC and fieldbuses (especially CAN, PROFIBUS and FOUNDATION Fieldbus), which generally receive enthusiastic approval from the participants, are now complemented by courses with a focus on overall solutions in control and automation technology.
The participants have the opportunity of getting acquainted with the special advantages and universal application possibilities of PC-based or distributed, Ethernet-networked control systems, and of using them in specific projects. Architectures based on these concepts, which are in the process of establishing themselves very quickly, offer options which are connected with great efforts in case of conventional components.
