FF Configuration and Integration Toolset
Area of application
The FOUNDATION fieldbus - Configuration and Integration Toolset (FF-CIT) provides a number powerful basic functionalities for the configuration of FOUNDATION fieldbus (FF) networks and field devices via High Speed Ethernet (HSE).
FF-CIT encapsulates the FF technology and includes the following features:Functions
- Supports offline and online configuration
- Flexible integration into existing configuration tools, DCS systems, OPC Servers or FDT/DTM applications due to its modular design (three separate, independent object libraries)
- Easily portable to other operating systems due to its platform-independent architecture
