Softing AG – business units upgraded
On July 1st, 2010, Softing AG has transformed their former business units "Industrial Automation" and "Automotive Electronics" into individual legal entities, founded as GmbH under the laws of Germany. All of the former business units had been transferred to the new companies in consequence of executing the respective contract (Ausgliederungsvertrag). All contact data for our business partners, such as address, phone-numbers, contact persons etc.) remain unchanged.
